Everpacked privacy

Updated 5 November 2026

Everpacked keeps your lists on your iPhone. The app has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking or developer-operated server. It does not send your list contents to CFG Design.

Stored on your device

Your lists, items, notes, icons and drawing choices, checklist snapshots and progress, reminder times, and appearance, checked-item visibility and haptic preferences are saved locally in the app’s private storage.

Optional reminders

When you set a reminder from a checklist’s bell, Everpacked asks iOS to schedule a local notification. Permission is requested when you use reminders, not on launch. Notifications name the list but not its items; Lock Screen visibility follows your iPhone’s notification-preview settings. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.

Backups and deletion

Your iPhone’s iCloud or computer backups may include app data, depending on your settings. This is not in-app sync; CFG Design cannot access or recover those backups. Delete a list using Edit on the main screen to remove it. Deleting the app removes its local data; existing backups follow your backup settings.

Collection and sharing

Everpacked includes no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not collect personal information from children or anyone else. No payment or account is needed for its current functionality.

If you contact support

Email is separate from the app. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to send so we can answer your request. Avoid sending sensitive list contents, passwords or payment information. Website hosting, email handling and your privacy rights are described in the website privacy notice.

Who is responsible

Everpacked is made by CFG Design, the project name of independent developer Carl F. Grössel in Switzerland. For privacy requests, use Everpacked support. Operator and postal contact details are confined to the Legal page.

Changes

We update this policy when practices change and keep the in-app policy and App Store privacy declaration in step.
